Westlake provides multiple opportunities for students to participate in FIRST Robotic Competition (FRC) with both a varsity and a junior varsity team option.

FRC2468 “Team Appreciate” is the varsity team and not open to freshmen.

FRC 2687 “Team Apprentice” is a Junior Varsity team and is available to all freshmen and sophomores enrolled in either Invention & Innovation or Robotics Engineering at Westlake High School, provided they are not already on another robotics team.
